Project Details:
This new 110,000-square-foot school building offers modern classrooms with state-of-art technology, art and music rooms, science labs, a cafeteria and auditorium space as well as a gym. The campus also features extensive recreational facilities including playing fields, outdoor basketball courts, and play areas for younger students. Underwood Engineering, Inc. was contracted KMS Development Partners to perform special inspections, testing & construction administration. Our scope consists of testing and inspection of soils, concrete, masonry, structural steel, and fireproofing.
